RETURNS

All sales are final on sale merchandise, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, beauty products and gift certificates.  Returns are only accepted on any full priced items, within 7 days of receipt of your order for store credit, exchange or refund. All returns must be approved by RAWSUGARBAE. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer’s packaging if it was included. Items should not be previously worn and be free of deodorant, makeup, any signs of wear. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. All sales are final after 7 days with no price adjustments.

 

Any marked down or sale item purchased is considered to be a final sale meaning we will not be able to accommodate returns or exchanges on sale items.

To make a return for store credit, exchange or refund, you will need a Return Merchandise Packing Slip. Please email us at sales@rawsugarbae.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’ll then reply back with your RMPS.  Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMPS.

 

Upon receipt of the shipment, rawsugarbae.com will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange. Please reference your order number when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return.
